Download Software

Please find below instructions on how to install and use the FaceToFaceMeeting™ application.  Alternatively, detailed instructions can be can be found by clicking here.

  1. It is most important that you first install the camera and external microphone, according to the manufacture's instructions, before you start to download the FaceToFaceMeeting software.
  2. Download the FaceToFaceMeeting Software by clicking   Download
  3. In the following dialogue box choose Run from current location, then the installer will start automatically.  You can proceed by clicking "Next". Respond "Yes" on all following dialogs boxes.
  4. After setup is finished and the application starts, the Configuration Wizard will start:
    • The Configuration Wizard steps you through the configuration of all required components.
    • In most instances the standard settings can be used in all steps. Just click on the Next button to step through the individual screens.
    • In order to use the FaceToFaceMeeting service you will need an account consisting of a User ID and a Password.  If you are an individual customer, you will receive this account information directly from FaceToFaceMeeting, if you are a corporate user, there will be one person in your company responsible for administering/issuing the User ID's.
    • In the following dialog you have to enter the User ID. The Password will be requested later.

       

       

       

       

       

       

       

       

       

       

       

       

  5. electronic meeting software If you press finish now, the FaceToFaceMeeting application will start.
  6. Just click on the Call symbol (the green telephone icon), type in the User ID of the person you want to call and click on the Call button.  Now it will ring the other party.

Usage Hints

If during a FaceToFaceMeeting you wish to bring in other participants who are subscribing members of the network, just click on the call button (the green telephone icon), type in the person's User ID (or select from your contacts list), and invite them to attend the meeting.

You may invite multiple members of the network, and all will appear, live, on the screen in Hollywood Squares style.

By the way, once installed, the FaceToFaceMeeting software can be minimized, and still be capable of answering incoming calls.
