Monthly fees at less than $1 per day*

Minimum 12-month subscription contract required with fees charged monthly in advance against your credit card at the rate of $29.99*.

Included in this monthly fee of $29.99 is free technical support.  Email for technical support through our videoconferencing specialists is always free throughout your contract.  Routine questions can generally be handled by email. If, however, your technical problem is more serious, and requires a telephone call, then such technical calls are totally free of charge during the first 30-days from the date of activation (the day on which you were first connected to the network). After that first 30-days, if by chance you should require this higher level of technical assistance, our courteous Customer Service Executives will be required to charge you $25, via your credit card, for the resolution of the defined problem. Even if it takes multiple telephone calls to resolve the defined online meeting technical problem, you will only be charged that one fee of $25. However, prior to providing this technical assistance, (and thus charging your credit card $25), our Customer Service Executive will remind you of the $25 charge. At this time, you may chose not to receive the service via the telephone call (thus not being charged $25), but instead elect to send details and receive technical support resolving the problem through email - which, of course, is totally free of charge.

Please also note that under the Terms and Conditions that you will be required to accept when signing-up for the FaceToFaceMeeting™ videoconferencing service, there is an early termination clause. This means that if you chose to terminate the contract before the conclusion of the contractual period, just as with a cell phone contract for example, your credit card will be charged an early termination fee. In the case of a 12 month contract, the early termination fee is $90. 

However, you should additionally note, that if, for example, you continue to subscribe to FaceToFaceMeeting past the 12-month contract period, and then chose to terminate your contract, there is NO early termination fee. After the twelfth month your credit card will merely continue to be charged on a monthly basis only for as long as you continue to use the FaceToFaceMeeting computer videoconferencing service. If you decide to terminate the service anytime following your initial 12-months of use, you will pay no other fees past the end of the month for which you have already paid.
